Isolate to Elevate - Body Rolls & Control for Modern Jive
Teachers: Claire
Level: Open (all levels)
Add smooth body rolls and sharp isolations to your Modern Jive! This workshop teaches you how to control key parts of your body chest, hips, shoulders for cleaner lines, confident styling, and that extra polish on the floor.

Level: Open (all levels)
In this Matariki weekend workshop, we’re diving into the magic of connection, starting with solid frame and expanding into fluid body leading. You’ll learn how to create a lead that’s clear, a follow that’s responsive, and a dance that feels effortless.

Teachers: Lance & Nicole Jenner
Level: Open (all levels)
In this next workshop, we’ll put your new frame skills to work as we dive into Rides - those smooth, one-footed movements that add wow factor and flow. You’ll learn how to lead and follow them with clarity, control, and connection.
4.30pm - 5.00pm
Q&A time and Social Dancing.
End the day with a chance to ask questions, share your thoughts, and practice what you’ve learned in a relaxed social environment.
Then enjoy the Dance Party
